Decorative Baskets
These handcrafted baskets are indeed a piece of art, each taking several days to make. They are expertly woven by hand by skilled women in Uganda. All these baskets are created from dyed natural sisal fibers woven over a core of forest grasses. The weavers begin in the middle of the basket, carefully threading the sisal around and around to create this beautiful design. These baskets come in different colors for our diverse client tastes. They are also different prices based on the sizes. . The medium ones are 12 inches wide and 4 inches deep. Small ones are 10 inches wide and 3 inches deep, and the flat ones are 10 inches wide.
