These bowls are hand carved from olive wood in Kenya. Each piece is unique and features inlaid bone decoration on the rim. The decorative embellished batik bone inlay is made from recycled cow bones. This bowls comes in a set of three measuring approximately 6, 8, and 10 inches for the round ones. We have them in different styles as described in the variations- but can vary by as much as an inch due to the rustic, hand-crafted nature.

For proper care please DO NOT soak in water for a long period of time, microwave or refrigerate or put in a dish washer . You can hand wash with warm water and soap. Also you can apply some light coat of olive/ mineral oil to maintain a bright appearance and prevent them form drying out if necessary.
